After 20+ years in corporate real estate, Stephen launched Handy-Tech, a full service handyman and maintenance service for homeowners and real estate investors. His background in real estate operations, maintenance, and renovations allowed him to manage 10,000+ unit portfolios for some of the largest real estate funds in the country.

After two decades of seeing the maintenance needs and requirements for homeowners and property managers, it became clear there was an opportunity for a service-based company to fill the need of small projects for homeowners like changing out lighting, ceiling fans, replacing outlets, or installing garbage disposals. Property Managers also have task-based needs for their residents. Smaller real estate operations without a maintenance staff can get repairs completed for their residents, creating a safe living environment and happier residents.

Stephen also has experience in Project Management, including the oversight of large scale projects such as rental units turns, preparing homes and condos for resale, and investor-level renovations. Handy-Tech handles everything from the initial scope of work to repairing plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, painting and trim work, exterior yard clean up, and interior cleaning.
